This course is intended to be a comprehensive and transformative trip that will take you from fear and anxiety to peace, confidence, and happiness.

Develop the ability to not respond to the concerns that arise in your mind, but rather to generate new, positive, pleasant ideas. You will quickly feel relieved of anxiousness and able to enjoy this precious time with your kid, which every amazing mother deserves.

We all need to learn how to manage our negative thoughts, worries, and anxieties, yet we seldom discuss it.

This course is particularly created to be done step by step over the course of ten weeks in order to alleviate anxiety and leave you feeling happy, satisfied, and at peace throughout your parenting journey; but, being a busy mom myself, I've structured it so that you can take it at your own speed.

Sophie Slosarczyk


A qualified wellbeing coach and a healthcare professional with 15+ years in the UK NHS and overseas.

Her journey to being a wellbeing coach began in 2019 when an episode of severe postnatal anxiety inspired her to re-design her career and 'push her boat out of the harbour,' believing that the healing knowledge she gained through her natural, self-discovered anxiety recovery could be passed on to more women worldwide in need.

No medications were used; only some basic lifestyle and mindset modifications were made. She retrained as a coach, received training in NLP and CBT, and began practicing mindfulness on a daily basis, which she incorporates into her coaching programs. Newsletter
